Kelvin has been called to the Bar in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the Commonwealth of Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda and St. Lucia. He is an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public with legal practice in fields such as civil matters including commercial, corporate, real estate, banking, investment, matrimonial and family inheritance disputes.  

He holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration with UWI, Barbados and a Masters of Law (LLM) in International Maritime Law with  (IMO), Malta, EU

Kelvin is a Certified High Court Mediator of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and a CEDR Accredited Mediator (UK).  

He has served in the Antigua Bar Association as President and as a Member of the Disciplinary Committee.
